OUR FOUNDER
Mr Thomas Koh (Director)
Thomas is a graduate from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University with a Bachelor Degree With 1st Class Honors in Applied Science (Construction Management) and he has over 2 decades of experience in the Property & Facilities Management Industry.
Thomas founded Team Stratas Management Services in 2012, supported by clients who has witnessed his exceptional customer service during his employment with Total Estate Management Services Pte Ltd as a Team Manager.
Thomas dedicated his services to help elevate the value of his client’s development. Through his strong leadership and clear mission to serve his clients, the company has grew rapidly since 2012, and is currently managing over 35 properties.
